We had excellent service from Scott! We had a large group and ordered appetizers, entrees, drinks, and dessert. Scott was responsive and knowledgeable about everything we needed. The food itself was excellent and we had fantastic experience!

A fireplace, great views, white tablecloths, and soft lighting sums up the inviting and upscale atmosphere. They have a great menu selection of salads, soups, appetizers, and a number of high-end meat cuts. We started with their homemade bread service - melt in your mouth. We split their kale salad which was a hearty portion at half the size. The freshly dried cranberries and walnuts added great flavor and texture. For our main course, we split the lobster capellini bolognese which included a 4oz lobster knuckle in addition to pieces of lobster mixed throughout the sauce. The pasta was freshly made in-house and the sauce was, thankfully, on the lighter side so we could enjoy splitting the 7-layer chocolate cake with a side of vanilla ice cream. THAT was absolutely delicious with some crunch, some fudginess, some cakiness - enough variety to have your taste buds jumping for joy.

This restaurant was spectacular! Lively dining room, attentive staff and delicious food. Tater tots, lobster mascarpone and Brussels special to start / all amazing. I got the filet special as my entree and it was one of the best filets I have ever had. Don't skip!

Delicious Thanksgiving Dinner with my family. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because we had to wait for an hour to get our table. Our reservation was for 6pm and we were seated at 7pm. It's understandable as it was thanksgiving and they were very busy. We were offered a high top table able 45 mins into our wait but it was right at the entrance of the restaurant and not my idea of a thanksgiving meal. We were ok waiting for a standard table, it only turned out to be an extra 15 mins and it was totally worth it. They sat us in the main dinning room and although it was bustling with talk and servers, it was delightful. The meal was delicious from the appetizers, to the entree, side dishes, & lastly the desserts. Two of our party members even chose the prime rib instead of the turkey and they finished the plates clean! My favorite sides were the green beans and the Brussels sprouts, oh and the sweet potatoes with pecans. The star of the show for me was the pumpkin pie, it was to die for! Best pumpkin pie EVER! We had a delicious meal and we were very thankful we dined there for Thanksgiving.

We eat here every year we're in Beaver creek! The staff is incredible and always ready to please! We always order their tater tots, being they're not your usual kind, but homemade and awesome! Most times we order a salad, the pork chop and the Walleye for dinner. This year the walleye seemed a little over cooked but not enough to complain. Other than that, our dinner was superb!

This is the fourth time visiting and as always the food/service/everything was spectacular. Our server, Duffy, guided us on a culinary journey. The highlights were Cacio de Pepe paired with a glass of CHEV pinot noir and the Scottish Salmon (to die for). Love this place. It's really that good.
